Reporting to theCountry General Manager, this role ensures that POP MARTs globalbrand vision is effectively adapted to the local market,integrating PR, product marketing, digital campaigns, and brandpartnerships. Responsibilities - Develop and implement localisedmarketing strategies in line with POP MARTs global brand vision,ensuring alignment across PR, commercial marketing, and productmarketing. - Strengthen POP MARTs brand presence in Italy,enhancing customer loyalty and engagement through targetedcampaigns and market activations - Establish and maintainrelationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners,leading PR campaigns that enhance brand visibility and mediacoverage - Oversee social media channels, ensuring high levels ofengagement and brand awareness through digital content, influencercollaborations, and community-building initiatives - Lead productlaunch strategies, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities,ensuring alignment with local market preferences and consumerdemand - manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocationof resources to maximize ROI and brand impact - Monitor markettrends, competitor activities, and customer insights, adaptingmarketing strategies accordingly - Establish KPIs for marketinginitiatives, analysing campaign effectiveness and providingdata-driven recommendations for optimization RequiredQualifications - Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing,Business, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in marketingroles, preferably in retail, lifestyle brands, FMCG, or consumerindustries - Strong expertise in brand management, PR, digitalmarketing, and promotional campaign execution - Experience insocial media strategy, influencer marketing, and communityengagement - Proven ability to develop and execute localizedmarketing campaigns that align with global brand strategies -Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills -Fluent in Italian and proficiency in English - Candidate with moreexperience could be considered as Marketing Manager Desirable butNot Essential - Ability in reading and/or speaking Chinese -Familiarity with Italy and European retail landscapes -Understanding of designer toy and collectible trends, particularlyin the art toy market
