We are looking for a passionate Supplier Quality Lead Engineer (m/f/d) to ensure exceptional product quality, regulatory compliance, and supplier performance at our Signy Facility in Grens, Vaud.
What Youll Do
- Enhance supplier quality performance through effective Quality Plan implementation.
- Approve supplier selection and part/process implementation with robust qualification processes, including audits, quality agreements, and part quality plans.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions with suppliers.
- Ensure supplier compliance with Cytivas QMS and regulatory standards via ongoing monitoring.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to drive quality improvements, support new product launches, and manage engineering changes.
Who You Are
- Degree in engineering or a technical field, or equivalent experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality assurance, with knowledge of clean-room production and sterility assurance.
- Proficient in Quality Management System tools, continuous improvement methodologies, and familiar with site-specific processes.
- Qualified auditor capable of leading compliance strategies for medical device requirements.
- Effective problem solver skilled in root cause analysis, CAPA plans, and cross-functional influence.
- Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
