- Ability to learn quickly and understand complex ideas (in its breadth)
- Hands on working experience in working with domains around Client Onboarding, KYC, Regulatory Requirements, Financial Products
- Requirement engineering for sophisticated projects
- Technical knowledge on APIs, system integration, SQL
- Full life cycle Business Analysis experience from requirements definition through to implementation within a business facing IT environment
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with both business users and IT development team on various seniority levels.
- Ability to escalate risks, issues and dependencies to Stakeholders and Project Management.
- A delivery-orientated approach to both individually assigned tasks and projects at all times.
