Your Responsibilities
- Introduction and implementation of IT solutions
- Provision of 2nd- and 3rd-level support for internal and external applications
- Analysis of functionality, provision of interim solutions, and documentation
- Ensure continuous monitoring of application operations
- Support in software implementation and release (specifications, testing, deployment, troubleshooting)
- Data cleaning and maintenance
- Participation in change requests for application development
- Notification of users about disruptions and planned interruptions
Your Skills
- Technical basic education and further training as an FH Application Manager
- Experience with SaaS & PaaS
- Proven experience with ASP.net, vb.Net, MS SQL databases
- Documentation methods and IoT communication
- VMware with Linux applications / SVN repositories
- Excellent German skills, French is an advantage
- Team player with good communication skills
- Independent, structured work style and focused approach
