About the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established team specialising in high-quality fit-out projects for the retail sector. This role offers the chance to oversee projects from concept to completion, working closely with an in-house joinery workshop and a skilled delivery team.Key Responsibilities:• Manage multiple fit-out projects across Ireland, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met• Oversee procurement, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation• Liaise with clients, designers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance• Lead project meetings and ensure health and safety standards are upheld• Report directly to senior management and contribute to strategic planningRequirements:• Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within fit-out or joinery-focused environments• Strong understanding of the retail fit-out sector and relevant project workflows• Excellent communication and leadership skills• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently• Full clean driving licenceWhat’s on Offer:• Competitive base salary with bonus structure• Company vehicle or car allowance• Pension scheme• Clear path to Directorship• Dynamic and collaborative working environment
