Information Memorandum)Performing comprehensive market analysis and monitoring of market trends in relevant sub-sectors to guide strategic decision-makingConduct interdisciplinary evaluation of new investment opportunities, including business model analysis, competitor research and due diligenceBuilding complex financial models for investment transactionsSupporting portfolio companies in their financial, technical and commercial needsMaintain up-to-date statistics and keep records of meetings and processesRequirements2-3 years of experience in VC, IB / MA or strategic advisory, with a focus on investment analysis and financial transaction managementPassion for Entrepreneurship and Climate TechFinancial savviness, experience with business analysis metrics and financial reporting practicesBusiness valuation and financial modelling skills and ability to create well-designed PowerPoint presentationsFluency in Italian (100%) and English (100%), oral and written, ideally complemented by an educational or working experience abroadGood interpersonal and organizational abilitiesFlexibility with respect to tasks and time and ability to work independently with a goal-oriented approachStructureFull-time hiringApplication deadline: June 20th, 2025Applications only through email: careers@primo.vc.
