Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled BMC Helix ITSM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITSM development, and the ability to design, build, and maintain IT Service Management solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and customise BMC Helix ITSM applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements.
- Implement workflows, forms, and integrations within the Helix platform.
- Conduct system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure alignment with internal security and compliance policies.
- Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer or training as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in English Minimum of 3 years experience in BMC Helix ITSM development.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
- Proficient in developing custom workflows, business rules, and data integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with databases such as SQL or Oracle is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework is preferred.
