We are seeking a highly qualified Banking Business Consultant to join our Corporate & Investment Banking team. This role involves working with Global Teams to transform business units, adapt to new regulatory and industry trends, and develop new offerings that align with our clients'' priorities, such as regulatory strategy and client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the PMO initiatives, ensuring successful transformation of business operating models and enhancement of digital solutions with a global perspective.
- Manage and oversee projects involving derivatives, market risk, and investment products, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory strategy.
- Collaborate across functions and geographies to align with stakeholder needs and expectations, reporting key KPIs to Senior Management.
- Validate and actively participate in each stage of product implementation, including unitary testing of investment products.
- Conduct business assessments from AS IS to TO BE for new financial instruments and client onboarding processes.
What are we looking for?
Specific requirements include:
- University degree/double degree in Business Management, Finance, Law, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
- Desirable master''s degree in Business Consulting / Finance/ Economics, or similar
- Project management expertise in E2E transformation on CIB.
- Professional experience in Business Consulting and/or Financial Services.
- Previous experience and/or extensive knowledge in derivatives, market risk, investment products, and regulatory strategy is essential.
- Extensive experience in digital transformation initiatives and Agile methodologies (SCRUM, etc.).
- Experience in Global Markets and Risk Management transformation initiatives within the Banking sector.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish; additional languages are advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Murex, Bloomberg, SQL, Python, and Jira is desirable.

Role Expectations:
- Support clients in Corporate and Investment Banking, focusing on Risks and Global Markets with a comprehensive understanding of Front To Back Risk services.
- Coordinate and lead client meetings, ensuring effective communication across various project areas (business, technology, etc.).
- Manage projects end-to-end, including planning, deadlines, resources, tasks, and action plans.
- Document the project lifecycle from analysis to end-customer guides, emphasizing client onboarding.
