As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for executing high-quality maintenance, repair, and installation services while ensuring strict adherence to safety and operational standards. You will play a key role in delivering efficient and effective field operations, supporting the team, and continuously improving processes to enhance service quality.Key Responsibilities:Operational Execution:- Perform maintenance, repair, and inspection tasks on composite components, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.- Follow work instructions and project plans to ensure the timely and efficient completion of tasks.- Identify non-compliance issues and report them promptly to support continuous improvement.- Maintain accurate records of work completed, including documentation of repairs and inspections with photographs and reports.Health, Safety, and Compliance:- Adhere strictly to Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) protocols, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.- Conduct tasks in **high-risk environments**, including working at heights and using specialized access methods.- Participate in safety briefings and contribute to maintaining a culture of safety awareness.- Report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately and take proactive steps to mitigate risks.Technical and Software Proficiency:- Utilize **Office 365, LEADING EDGE**, and other relevant software tools for reporting, tracking, and communication.- Follow digital workflows and documentation processes to maintain accurate data records.- Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in Field Services, integrating them into daily work.Flexibility and Commitment:- Work in shifts and adapt to changing operational demands, including extended hours or travel as required.- Support multiple locations when needed, ensuring optimal resource allocation.Qualifications Skills:- Proven experience in composite repairs, wind turbine maintenance, or field services.- Strong understanding of safety procedures, particularly for working at heights and in confined spaces.- Technical knowledge of materials, repair techniques, and industry best practices.- Proficiency in using digital tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively.English
