With our tax services, we are market leaders in many areas, advising on all tax matters. We optimize the business and legal structures of our global clients. Develop your skills in interdisciplinary and multicultural teams at our offices in Zurich, Bern, or Basel! Indirect taxes operate in a highly dynamic environment with many upcoming changeshelp us and our clients navigate these challenges.
Your main responsibilities
- Producing goods and services internationally, working with suppliers and clients worldwide, cross-border services and collaborations, new free trade agreements, and markets: The importance of indirect taxes is growing with global trade. What delivery conditions should be agreed to avoid additional tax liabilities? How can production and storage be optimized from a cash flow perspective?
- We aim for comprehensive, practical solutions and collaborate closely with our colleagues in Tax, Assurance, and Advisory Services to meet all our clients'' needs. Our VAT and customs/consumption taxes experts advise companies on these and other indirect tax challenges.
- You will address complex national and international questions in an interdisciplinary environment, working closely with local and international colleagues, and develop tailored solutions to optimize corporate and distribution structures. You will gain deep insights into various industries and business areas through engaging projects at the intersection of economics and law, with direct client contact and interaction with tax authorities.
What we are looking for
- At least 7 years of experience in tax consulting (VAT, customs, and other consumption taxes) at a Big4 or similar consulting firm.
- As a manager, you have taken responsibility for client mandates and mentored less experienced team members.
- Fluent German and English skills are required; additional languages are welcome. Proactive and self-motivated individuals who drive their careers forward.
