Krakw - based opportunity with hybrid work model (6 days/month in the office). As an AI Governance Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial services provider focused on building secure, data-driven AI systems. You will play a vital part in supporting agile project management and continuous improvement initiatives. Working with tooling to support data-driven governance and reporting Extracting, cleaning, and analysing data to generate insights and improve workflows Maintaining a central inventory of AI/ML models with key metadata and risk indicators Preparing stakeholder-facing communications, reports, and presentations Managing task backlogs and supporting project timelines using agile methodologies A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related STEM field (or equivalent experience)~ Familiarity with AI/ML governance, risk classification, and model inventory management ~ Understanding of agile project management principles and tools like JIRA ~ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities ~ Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Java, or C#Experience working with regulatory monitoring and internal compliance processes ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
