WHAT WILL YOU DO? - Core activities. You will lead thedevelopment and implementation of Generative AI solutions, guidingprojects from concept to deployment. You will manage amultidisciplinary team, ensuring AI-driven applications align withbusiness objectives while promoting best practices in AIdevelopment. - Technologies. You will work with state-of-the-artAI/ML technologies, including Generative AI frameworks, cloudplatforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes),and modern architectures such as microservices and headlessframeworks. - Team work. You will collaborate with businessstakeholders to define AI strategies and identify use cases. Youwill mentor junior consultants, fostering a culture of learning andinnovation while driving AI adoption in real-world applications.The same position is available in Milan. WE''LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IFYOU HAVE - Academic background. A degree in Computer Science,Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a relatedtechnical field. Equivalent practical experience in AI and softwaredevelopment is also highly valued. - Valuable expertise. Provenexperience leading technical teams and managing AI/ML projects.Expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, andGenerative AI frameworks. Strong skills in MLOps, AI modeldeployment, and modern software development practices. - Nice tohave. Experience with low-code platforms such as OutSystems orMendix. Familiarity with serverless architectures and AI-drivenautomation. A deep understanding of emerging AI trends and theirimpact on software development. - Soft skills. Excellentcommunication and leadership skills, with a proactive approach toproblem-solving. Strong adaptability to new technologies andwillingness to embrace change.
