Talent AcquisitionDesign and implement scalable, high-impact recruitment strategiesBuild solid hiring processes (scorecards, ATS, salary benchmarks, etc.)Train and support hiring managersSource, assess, and onboard top talent while tracking key recruitment KPIs2. People Development EngagementDesign an engaging and smooth remote onboarding experienceBuild structured performance reviews and feedback loopsLaunch internal training programs and career growth initiativesImplement fair and value-aligned recognition and retention systems3. HR Operations Process OptimizationEnsure legal compliance and secure data managementDigitalize and automate admin tasks (contracts, payroll via vendors, time off)Optimize operational costs and boost HR efficiency with smart toolsCollaborate closely with team leads to deliver tailored HR solutions4.
