There is never a dull moment with us.Job DescriptionPrimary Function:Responsible for providing world-class support services to KLA PCB EMEA customers, ensuring all direct imaging systems perform properly to enable high customer satisfaction and perception of the value of services received. Reports directly to the assigned Regional Service Manager.Skill Requirements:Candidates should have a solid background in electronics, mechanical engineering, vacuum technology, and basic knowledge of printed circuit board technologies.Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and diagnose Pneumatic, Vacuum, Electronic (AC and DC), and Computer issues down to the component level.Must have working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and MS Office products.Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills.Good organizational skills.An adaptable approach to working hours, locations, and conditions.A flexible approach to work responsibilities, enabling both independent and team working.Ability to work alone or unsupervised for extended periods, often in difficult conditions.A detailed and logical approach to problem solving.Must be able to travel extensively (up to 3 weeks or more per month) to support the customer base as needed.Provide service support to customers, including system commissioning, breakdown repairs, and preventative maintenance.Develop close working relationships with customers to enable the company to sell its product portfolio.Accurately complete all field reports.Represent KLA''s company culture and values professionally.Travel required by driving and flying as needed to support all services.Position located in the Milan area.Must be able to:Work autonomouslyTravel 80-90% to support the customer base as neededLift 23 kg overhead occasionally and frequentlyBend from the waistLift items overhead safelyWork on hands and knees or on their back while servicing equipmentBe able to bend and twist to access equipmentRead and interpret schematics, signs, placards, and manualsView the full color spectrumWork standing at the system for up to 2-hour intervalsWhat we offer:A competitive, family-friendly total rewards package.Variable compensation components, e.g., participation in company stock purchase plan.Award-winning training.Minimum Qualifications:Associates of Science Degree in Electronics or Engineering (or equivalent work experience).Fluent in English and Italian.KLA is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
