For one of our asset management clients we are looking for an RFP Specialist Asset Management Operations.
This role sits within a dynamic, multi-faceted operations function that partners with diverse business units to deliver banking, securities, and asset management services on a global scale. The operations team ensures robust risk management, regulatory compliance, and process excellence, supporting every new product launch and trade execution with seamless business flow mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation, organization, and maintenance of standard content used in responding to RFPs and DDQs.
- Develop and manage a centralized content database, covering organizational capabilities, quantitative data, and other standard materials.
- Customize existing content to address specific client requirements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with firm standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (compliance, legal, ESG, investment teams) to regularly update and verify content.
- Engage in ad hoc initiatives with technology and vendor teams to automate and streamline reporting and content generation processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Commerce preferred.
- 35 years of experience in content management, preferably within asset management or financial services.
- Proficiency with content management tools (e.g., RocketDocs, Qvidian, Responsive).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously.
- Fluency in Dutch is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with the investment management industry is a plus.
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset and a team-oriented approach.
