responsibilities :

Lead and coordinate activities within the QA community across multiple teams
Support QA engineers in stakeholder communication
Assist in workload prioritization and task planning
Define and monitor test coverage metrics
Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the development lifecycle
Create detailed test plans and test scenarios
Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites
Reduce reliance on manual regression testing
Drive automation improvements through best practices
Perform manual and exploratory testing when needed
Participate in story refinement and test case analysis
Review automation code and provide constructive feedback
Share knowledge and contribute to QA best practices across teams

requirements-expected :

5+ years of experience in test automation, preferably in international and cross-functional team environments
1+ year of experience in leading QA teams or QA communities
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or XP
Experience in performance testing
Hands-on programming experience with Cucumber, Selenium, and Java
Proficiency in API and/or frontend testing
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence)
Experience working with BDD and Gherkin frameworks
Solid understanding of manual testing concepts and the software development lifecycle
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
