You will apply risk and control concepts to new and existing business models, communicate findings to senior leadership, and partner with cross-functional teams to design workflows supporting risk-reduction activities. Collaboration with stakeholders across safety, legal, finance, tech, and HR is essential to implement effective compliance and risk management solutions.This position requires periodic travel.Key job responsibilities:Define, develop, and implement risk programs with measurable outcomes.Lead and monitor projects to completion on schedule.Establish successful partnerships with internal and external teams for tactical and strategic initiatives.Communicate effectively, both written and verbal.Use data and insights for problem-solving and decision-making.A day in the life:The manager will set program objectives, establish success metrics, oversee inspections, and collaborate with partners on corrective actions.
