Project Management Specialist
for a major multinational company operating in the Oil Gas sector.
We offer an initial 12 month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company.CCNL Metalworking Industry, level B1, commensurate with the candidate's experience, plus meal vouchers.Possibility of smart working. RAL 34000 euro .
Responsibilities:
The resource, At Gas Technology Services, we are seeking a NPD Planner who will drive the implementation of the NPD process and will work closely with Product Leaders, System Engineers and the rest of Projects team (Engineering, Procurement, Application Eng, Manufacturing, Service), serving as main focal point for planning, to ensure that NPD programs deliverables are met. Will have to:
- Develop an integrated program plan across all functions with milestones, deliverables, resources, required funding to carry out the development and keep it update
- Engage the multifunctional team carrying out the program, including but not limited to Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Suppliers, etc.
- Achieve the execution of program activities on time and within budget and ensure that product cost requirements will be met. Lead and oversee design, development, testing verification and validation on time and within budget and ensure that product cost requirements will be met
- Apply Project Management best practices from other NPD project to improve project plan execution Provide metrics on project status.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- In depth knowledge of Primavera planning tool
- Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent
- Strong positive attitude about performance and teamwork
- Team building attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills both in English and Italian
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Project management skills and experience
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong systems thinking capability
