The role involves ensuring that tickets and projects are handled properly and within deadlines.All tasks can be learned easily, even if you lack specific experience; we will provide training if you possess the key qualities. You should be open-minded, intelligent, willing to learn and work. Thats all you need to succeed in this position!Responsibilities:Learn the structure and functions of the software platform to support our staff.Assist in training new employees on the correct use of the CRM.Learn to handle malfunctions reported by staff.Manage our ticketing system as the main communication channel with the software provider.Participate in new implementation cycles.Maintain direct communication with department managers.Required Skills and Knowledge:Fluent in English and Italian.Problem-solving skills.Ability to respect schedules and deadlines.Full-time employee contract.#J-18808-Ljbffr
