Mode Search is supporting a contemporary fashion brandin the search for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Supervisorto join their team in Milan, based at their brand new Via SantoSpirito location. TheRole - Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering anexceptional customer experience at all times - Build and maintainlong-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business andclienteling initiatives - Support the management team in drivingsales performance through effective use of KPIs and selling tools -Actively engage with customers via in-store styling, follow-upcommunication, and personalised service - Maintain high standardsof store presentation, ensuring the space reflects the brandsimage and values - Participate in daily operational routinesincluding open/close checklists, back-of-house organisation, andDivision of Responsibility (DOR) execution - Act as a key supportfor the Store Manager in coaching, motivating, and developingjunior team members - Contribute to a positive team environment,encouraging collaboration and a culture of feedback and continuousimprovement - Demonstrate strong product knowledge and communicatekey collection trends to both team and clients - Take ownershipwhen working solo on store coverage, including all operational andservice responsibilities Requirements - Previous experience in aretail sales or supervisor role, ideally within the fashion orlifestyle sector - Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targetswhile delivering a best-in-class customer experience - Confident,personable, and proactive with a passion for fashion and styling -Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example onthe shop floor - Excellent time management, organisational, andmulti-tasking skills - Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs ofa dynamic retail environment - Comfortable working with POSsystems, emails, and customer communication platforms Please sendyour CV to info@modesearch.co.uk Due to the high volume ofapplications, only shortlisted candidates will becontacted.
