As we structure our growing team, were seeking a Team Lead SDR to play a pivotal role in our dynamic and multicultural team.
Missions
- Coaching the SDR team to boost lead generation success.
- Monitoring diverse strategies to promote cross-team collaboration.
- Ensuring and improving quality control.
- Managing team performance, reviewing pipelines, and analyzing data.
- Developing the team roadmap, creating and optimizing workflows and processes.
- Actively participating in cold calling sessions.
Youre a Great Match If
- At least 3 years of professional experience, 1 year leading a team
- You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, leading teams with passion.
- You work independently, show initiative, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Your strategic mindset allows you to analyze data and optimize processes.
- You are results-oriented, with experience managing sales teams or processes.
- You are eager to learn in a stimulating, challenging environment, and you communicate fluently in English and French.
