Manpower srl research for client company a junior Treasury and Credit Management Specialist. Key responsibilities: Daily bank statement reconciliation on behalf of Italian headquarters and some foreign subsidiaries, Origination of payments according to payments forecast (wires, F24), Support in monthly closing activities, Monitoring of financial conditions applied by banks and factoring, Support in audit activities, Active cash collection from customers located worldwide: resolve past due issues and credit issues, regularly review aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances, Liase with Customer Service and Sales team to address customer issues affecting payments, Trade finance activities (letters of credit, cash against documents), Requirements: Degree in Finance or Accounting, Some experience in treasury/accounting role, Fluent English is a must, Spanish is a plus, Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, SAP knowledge, A working knowledge of accounts receivable-related accounting concepts, Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a particular emphasis on customer contact, Very good organization, ability to analyse data, coordination and problem solving skills, objective oriented, Ability to learn quickly and be independent, vetrinabakeca
