Role Description: The candidate will be part of thepurchasing department and will be responsible for managing theprocurement of electronic commodities, ensuring alignment betweendemand and supply. Key responsibilities include: - Analyzingpurchase proposals generated by the MRP, setting priorities, andcoordinating with suppliers to obtain order confirmations. -Evaluating and managing requests for changes related to customerdemand (advances, delays, cancellations). - Monitoring and updatingdelivery dates in the companys management system. - Supporting theSQE in managing returns for non-compliant materials. - Negotiatingprices and purchase terms with local and global suppliers.Requirements: Hard Skills - Preferable knowledge of electroniccomponents. - Excellent command of the English language. - Advancedproficiency in Excel and company management systems. - Stronganalytical skills and ability to handle complex data. Soft Skills -Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Problem-solvingorientation. - Flexibility and proactivity in managing priorities.- Teamwork attitude in dynamic environments. The role includes: -Managing purchase proposals, order confirmations, and reschedulingof the backlog. - Daily communication with Italian and foreignsuppliers for technical-commercial details and negotiations. -Monitoring supplier KPIs to ensure compliance with companystandards.
