We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bartender to join our vibrant team at Singer Palace Hotel Roma. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized bar area
Suggest cocktail and wine pairings based on guests preferences and food choices
Deliver a personalized, luxury service in line with the standards of a 5-star boutique hotel
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Manage bar inventory and support ordering when needed
Handle payments and billing accurately
Collaborate with the restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless service
Contribute to the creation of seasonal cocktail menus and signature drinks
Uphold the ambiance of the Jims Bar terrace and indoor lounge
Requirements
Proven experience as a bartender in a luxury hospitality environment
Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and bar operations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian or additional languages is a plus
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Impeccable personal presentation and grooming
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
