What will you do as a Functional Analyst - Applications?
You love getting your teeth into tasks like these:
- You ensure the smooth operation, management and ongoing improvement of core business applications (ERP, PLM, Supply Chain Planning, WMS, EDI ...).
- You support business needs across our European production sites by optimizing processes and ensuring business continuity.
- You oversee daily operations of key IT applications, mainly in Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, R&I, and FSQR domains.
- You work closely with users to enhance application usage and continuously improve business processes, balancing technical feasibility and reliability.
- You guide and train users to improve their autonomy and efficiency in using the systems.
- You manage application settings, documentation, and access rights. Prepare and execute test and go-live scenarios.
- You translate business needs into functional specifications, collaborating with internal teams and external partners. You oversee implementation and validate results.
- You build and maintain application components like screens, reports, interfaces, and uploads to ensure consistent system performance.
- You handle service tickets within solver groups following internal procedures and SLA agreements.
- You stay current on tech trends, support on-the-job learning, and contribute to long-term application continuity and team development.
Who are you?

- You have a bachelor degree and more than 5 years of experience in a similar function.
- You are recognized for your knowledge of our business environment and you have a good knowledge of ERP systems (at least one).
- You are a good communicator who develops and maintains good relationships on different levels.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are fluent in English and French.
- You are willing to travel on occasion to our European sites.
