Executive Chef Amsterdam, Netherlands We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Chef (or a highly skilled Executive Sous Chef or head chef ready to take the next step) to lead the culinary operations of a hotel. The ideal candidate will be a creative leader with a strong background in hotel and multi-outlet environments. You will be responsible for developing unique menus, managing kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality standards, and driving the overall success of our FB operations. Lead, train, and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. - Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, ordering, and maintaining food safety standards. - Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste across all outlets and events. - Manage the kitchen's budget, including food costs, labor costs, and other expenses, while maximizing profitability. - Ensure the kitchen meets health and safety regulations, including HACCP standards. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume, multi-outlet hotel or restaurant environment. - Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating kitchen teams. - Expertise in menu creation, food costing, and inventory management. - Knowledge of current culinary trends and a passion for creativity in the kitchen. - Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP certification is a plus). - Executive Chef Amsterdam, Netherlands
