Are you an experienced, hands-on HR professional ready to make real impact in a growing, international company? Spares in Motion is looking for an All-round HR Advisor to join our team in Rotterdam!

What youll do:

As our All-round HR Advisor, you''ll be the go-to person for all HR-related matters. Youll support our team and management with everything from hiring to performance and well-beingwhile helping us build strong people practices that scale with our growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full recruitment and onboarding cycle
• Acting as HR point of contact for all employees and managers
• Supporting performance management and team development
• Advising on and ensuring compliance with Dutch labor laws and ARBO regulations
• Coordinating with external payroll and contracting agencies
• Maintaining and optimizing HR systems and employee records
• Organizing internal events and fostering our team culture

What you bring:

• A degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3+ years of experience as an HR Advisor/Generalist (preferably in a scale-up or international environment)
• Knowledge of Dutch employment law and ARBO legislation
• Experience coordinating with external payroll providers
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
• A proactive, organized, and people-focused mindset
