As diversification brings new products to Anagni, the expanded site portfolio creates new opportunities. The Portfolio Leader will support end-to-end strategic projects, establishing strong links with the site and global functions within project portfolio management and governance.Main ResponsibilitiesMember of management for the site project portfolio, consolidating all projects (CAPEX+OPEX) at the site level, gathering inputs from all functions.Establish a strong link with site and global engineering teams in project portfolio management and stage-gate governance.Ensure data quality in Shine, monitor and report, conduct end-user training, and promote the use of project management best practices.Support linking the site project portfolio with GBU/M&S portfolio processes, including governance and gate review preparations in collaboration with engineering.Collect, collate, and analyze relevant data to enable project prioritization across all project types.Coordinate and collate risk management activities related to the site project portfolio, supporting the overall site risk profile and global risk management processes.Contribute to Site Strategic Plan, Budget, and Master Plan processes.About YouExperience in industrial strategy, project and portfolio management, with exposure to Production, Supply Chain, Chemical Engineering, Process Technology, Project Investment, Finance, Quality, and Regulatory requirements. Experience with pre- and post-launch activities (tech transfer, continuous process verification, inspection readiness, cGMP, HA regulations, quality systems) is preferred. Proven ability to drive prioritization decisions, with direct production operations experience preferred.
