We are currently hiring a Senior Process Engineer for a 12+ month contract based in the Brussels area, Belgium. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global engineering team and contribute to high-impact projects in a regulated, multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate technical and process engineering sub-projects independently
- Manage engineering tasks related to Capital Acquisition Requests, Bids/RFPs, design, construction, and CVQ
- Oversee project scope, budget, quality, safety, and timelines
- Support global engineering and MSAT teams with client-focused activities, including site tours and facility assessments
- Contribute to establishing a Project Management Office within the Engineering department
- Mentor junior engineers and support development of internal talent
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor''s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering; or a Master''s with 5+ years of experience
- 810 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, food, or chemical sectors
- Strong understanding of cGMP and experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing
- Proven ability to work in multicultural, international environments
- Excellent communication skills in English; German or another European language is a plus
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
