EASA B1 Licensed Engineer Exciting Opportunity in the Netherlands!
Are you an experienced EASA B1 Licensed Engineer looking for a new challenge? TARCG are seeking passionate and skilled Licensed Engineers to join an established, dynamic team in the Netherlands.

About the Role:
As an EASA B1 Licensed Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining Q400 aircraft Airframe Powerplant systems in a serviceable and airworthy condition. This is a permanent position that requires relocation to the Netherlands, with scheduled deployments to support operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform adjustments, alignments, and calibrations on aircraft systems using specialized tools and test equipment.
- Conduct inspections of engines, airframes, and components for wear, leaks, cracks, and other defects.
- Assemble and install aircraft electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and hydraulic components.
- Conduct routine servicing and maintenance tasks, including flushing systems, greasing moving parts, and functional checks.
- Perform engine rigging and both low- and high-power engine runs.
- Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and report any hazards or incidents.
- Stay up to date with company procedures and documentation relevant to the role.
What Were Looking For:
- Unrestricted EASA B1 AMEL qualification.
- Typed and current on the Q400 aircraft.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Adaptable, innovative, and able to work independently or lead a team.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be able to obtain a clear Criminal Record Check prior to employment.
- Willingness to live and work at secondary bases outside the Netherlands for periods of time.
