The North-East Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with the Companys most important customers. Works closely with these customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet them, while also working with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, in full compliance with the Company rules and procedures, the Farm Industria code, and the relevant laws and regulations.Main responsibilities:Sell the full range of Organon products and services within assigned accounts to achieve revenue goals.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the assigned accounts, identifying their priorities and needs to turn them into business opportunities.Develop and execute account plans.Analyze sales data and recommend improvements.Anticipate clients'' needs and collaborate with other departments to develop solutions for complex business issues.Collaborate with the Tender team on contracts and renewals.Manage large and complex deals leveraging the entire Company portfolio.Monitor client satisfaction and work with relevant teams to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.Achieve financial targets through proactive stakeholder management.Identify and map relevant accounts and stakeholders, implementing strategies for growth and product launches.Build relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacists, and budget holders to influence adoption and purchasing decisions.Complete all administrative tasks and reports within guidelines and deadlines.Your profile:BA or BSc, preferably in Economics.At least 6 years of sales experience managing complex deals and business development.3 years of sales or customer management experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.Proven success in acquiring new business and achieving revenue and satisfaction targets.Knowledge of tender processes, procurement flows, and account planning.Desirable: social media skills for business development.Strong commercial awareness and tactical planning skills.Excellent communication skills.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Competencies:Goal-oriented with a collaborative attitude.Self-motivated, energetic, and persistent.Results and customer-focused.Positive, solution-oriented, and adaptable.Collaborative across functions, with integrity and respect.Aligned with our values of entrepreneurship, speed, and integrity.Ability to enjoy and thrive in a dynamic, inclusive environment.What we offer:A global, dynamic, and challenging environment with growth opportunities.Competitive salary and benefits, including health care, insurance, pension, and annual bonus.Company car and training programs.Membership of the protected categories (categorie protette) pursuant to Law 68/99 is a preferential title.Who We Are:Organon delivers innovative health solutions, focusing on women, their families, and communities.
