The role involves providing effective financial planning, management reporting, and business partnering services, supporting leadership and teams in interpreting insights, making decisions, and driving performance. It also includes supporting operational accounting, month-end processes, audits, and ad-hoc requests, while ensuring financial targets are met and departments stay within budget.This is a permanent role.Please submit CVs in English.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Building partnerships with cross-functional teams, including General Managers and Executives.Driving and facilitating monthly, quarterly, and 5-year plan reviews.Enhancing financial reporting impact and understanding on business performance.Providing analysis and insights linking financial reports and KPIs to strategies.Supporting operational, commercial, and financial targets through effective support and change initiatives.Supporting the integration of GBS into BAU processes.Leading financial input deadlines, including stock provisions quarterly.Supporting new business and CI initiatives, including implementing new reporting tools.Supporting local revenue tax calculations as needed.Collaborating with Stock Controllers on stock accruals and insights.Analyzing financial business cases and ad-hoc requests.REQUIREMENTS:Qualified finance professional with multinational experience, familiar with financial and management accounts.Based in or near Milan.Advanced skills in presentation, reporting, and planning.Strong analytical skills with financial IT systems (E1, PLANFUL, BI, TM1, Excel).Excellent communication skills in English.Organized team player with cross-functional experience.Innovative thinking and proactive influence.Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and operations is a plus.This job description summarizes typical functions and may evolve to meet organizational needs.Benefits may vary; please consult with Norgine TA for details.If you seek a multi-dimensional 3D career in healthcare, consider joining us.Note: Non-citizens may require a work permit.
