Jobomschrijving As a Digital Marketer, your mainresponsibilities will be : - Tracking & Analytics: Set up andoptimize Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, ensuringaccurate data collection and actionable insights. - PerformanceMonitoring: Analyze campaign results, suggest improvements, andmaintain high data quality through Looker Studio and BigQuerydashboards. - Content & User Experience: Optimize websitecontent and user experience in collaboration with internal teams,ensuring effective distribution across multiple channels. -Campaign Development: Define objectives, create landing pages andHubSpot workflows, and support digital marketing campaigns. -Social Media & Engagement: Manage social media campaigns,ambassador programs, and digital advertising (Facebook Ads,LinkedIn Ads Manager). - Continuous Improvement: Identifyopportunities for digital innovation in tools, content, andprocesses. - Knowledge Sharing: Actively share expertise, mentorteam members, and implement best practices for digital marketingknowledge-sharing. Jouw profiel The successful candidate will havethe following qualities : - Analytical mindset with experience inGoogle Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and/orBigQuery. - Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Marketing,Communication, Business, or a related field, with a specializationin Digital Marketing. - Experience in B2B digital marketing ispreferred. - Hands-on experience in campaign management, contentpublishing (CMS), and SEO. Knowledge of Umbraco and HubSpot is astrong plus. - Ability to manage projects end-to-end, includingcoordination with external marketing agencies. - Fluent in French,English, and Dutch (at least a basic knowledge). - Strong teamplayer with the ability to collaborate across different teams anddepartments. - Proactive, results-driven, and able to work bothstrategically and operationally.
