Key activities include:Boosting sales activity to reach company targets through accurate management of retail KPIs.Ensuring the correct implementation of guidelines to meet store goals.Building strong customer relationships according to CRM recommendations.Monitoring adherence to procedures defined by HQ in operations, administration, visual merchandising, stock management, and merchandising.Team management, including organizing and planning the store floor to maintain productivity and quality standards.Coaching and training the team to achieve goals and improve skills.Managing recruitment and onboarding of new staff.Success ProfileAt least 5 years of retail experience in managerial roles within fashion.Deep knowledge of main retail KPIs.Strong team management and leadership skills.Excellent communication skills.Results-driven mindset.Sensitivity to visual merchandising.Fluent in English.Employment contract: Full-timeBenefits: Meal vouchers, flexible hoursAdditional compensation: Incentive plan#J-18808-Ljbffr
