Discover more by following us on LinkedIn!Your RoleWe are seeking a motivated Book To Report Specialist to join our Operations Headquarters in Agordo (BL), where our company''s history began.The Global Business Service is a Shared Service Center network providing accounting services to our global subsidiaries. The EMEA Shared Service Center, based in Agordo, handles processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Master Data, Indirect Taxes, and Balance Sheet Assets for Italian companies and European subsidiaries.Main ResponsibilitiesManage month-end accounting closing activities (accruals, prepayments, inventory, payroll)Ensure quality and perform monthly analysis of financial reports, including key checks in the account matrix risk such as banks, fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, payroll, and tax accountsComplete Hyperion reporting timely, fulfilling all required monthly, quarterly, and yearly formsReconcile balance sheet accountsParticipate in audit and year-end activitiesManage assets and postingReconcile and post bank accountsMain RequirementsMaster''s Degree in Economics, Finance, Administration, or Business Management with excellent resultsExcellent command of English; additional EMEA languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Russian, Arabic) are a plusAt least 6 months of experience in accounting or auditing within complex organizationsStrong affinity for quantitative analysis and ExcelTeam-oriented mindset, believing in the power of collaborationRecruitment ProcessIf selected, you will be contacted by our HR Department to guide you through the next steps.Diversity, Equity, and InclusionWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees, celebrating diversity and providing equal opportunities regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic that makes us unique.#J-18808-Ljbffr
