We are looking for a Global PrimaryTransportation Expert (Fixed Term) to join our team. The GlobalPrimary Transportation Expert supports the Global Supply Chain andother Domp departments in the management of primary transport onnational and international territory. He/She also ensurescontinuous improvement of processes and searches for newpossibilities for their simplification and optimization. Finally,He/She pays particular attention to load optimization issues fromboth an economic and environmental perspective. Responsibilities: -Supports the definition/update/introduction of optimal routes tominimize costs and delivery times; - Organizes the assignment ofloads to vehicles based on capacity, product characteristics,ensuring compliance with the required delivery times; - Guaranteescoordination with logistics service providers (couriers, secondarydistribution HUB); - Supports the management of the courier forwhat concerns the contractual monitoring and renewal withparticular focus to SLA and KPI; - Guarantees the monitoring of theshipment and compliance with deliveries at Domp distribution HUBs.He/She also gives support during any transportation problems andcommunicate with internal/external customers and suppliers on thestatus of shipments; - He/She maintains traceability of alltransports performed and requested cross-referencing of databetween transports performed and transporter reports. Also, He/Shedevelops analysis of transport costs and identification of possibleareas for improvement. Finally, He/She prepares and maintainsmonthly, quarterly and annual reports for management review; - Forthe customer and supplier relations He/She manages customerrequests and resolving issues; - He/She also evaluates newtechnologies to improve transport efficiency (e.g. telematicssystems) Qualifications: - Bachelor''s/Masters Degree in SupplyChain, Management engineering, Business, Mathematics or relateddiscipline; Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of SAP (SAP S/4HANA- Production Planning and Material Management modules); - Strongcapability in business data analysis; - Knowledge of key SupplyChain processes (e.g., Demand Management, Supply Planning and Sales& Operations Planning, Order Management, Delivery Management,Inventory Management, Customer Care Management, Management offinished products suppliers, etc.); - Knowledge of thepharmaceutical regulations with special regard to GDP; - Languages:Italian and English (fluent); Preferred Skills: Preferrablepharmaceutical experience (at least 3-5 years).
