We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate people and processes to ensure all projects meet their objectives and deadlines. As the go-to person for all aspects of a projects organization and timeline, your responsibilities will include ensuring resource availability, managing allocation, and delivering projects within scope and budget.
The role reports directly to the Programme Manager.
Coordinating project workflows and tasks management
Managing tasks and general administration in Jira
Participating in project scope meetings and defining action points
2+ years experience in a project management or engineering role
~ Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
~ Experience running Agile project methodologies
~ Strong technical and analytical skills, with a demonstrable ability to think critically and solve problems in engineering or related disciplines
~ Knowledge of how web applications are built, including frontend, backend, servers, databases, and cloud server environments
~ The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver to tight deadlines
~ Passion and drive, and a genuine desire to make things better
~ Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Polish
Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
Relevant experience in implementation projects
