We are currently searching for an French speaking Consultant AMOA SAP SD as part of a Greenfield S/4HANA program.
- Start: ASAP / Within May
- Duration: 8 months +
- Location: Paris (80% onsite)
Required skills:
- 8+ years experience with AMOA / Business Analyst
- Process experience across multi-channel sales: web, telesales, retail, field sales
- Experience with sales operations (sales rep.) and telemarketing processes
- SAP SD experience (business process, technical experience is a bonus but not required)
- CRM experience (non-system specific)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management
Tasks include:
- Business process modeling across the Sales & Distribution domain
- Definition and documentation of roles and responsibilities (RACI matrices)
- Development and maintenance of test cases in alignment with business scenarios
- Design and support of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Active participation and collaboration across multiple functional workstreams
