What you''ll do:
- You provide administrative support to the local team of Project Leaders, Designers, Optical Experts and Site Supervisors and you coordinate several operational activities yourself.
- You take care of the coordination & follow-up of repair on provisioning activities (so called T90s). These are corrective interventions in our new Fiber network to ensure that unsuccessful customer connections can be rescheduled. You analyse incoming requests, inform the external deployment partners and assure that corrective actions are executed within agreed timeframes. You ensure that information about these requests is updated in the tracking-systems.
- Complaints from building owners and public administrations related to the fiber deployment are also followed up by you.
- You provide quality work that requires proactivity, independence and structure.
What you bring:
- Proficient with computers and different tools like (MS office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Coordinating with different technical people, so interest in tech is important.
- You work in a technical environment. It is therefore important to have an interest in the world of telecommunications and construction. Experience in understanding plans and technical schedules, and using technical jargon is a plus.
Language:
- Native in FR or NL and you can express yourself orally and in writing in the second language.
