The Inside Sales/Distribution Sales Manager must be comfortable working strategically and tactically with a very consultative sales approach.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage the Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator and Inside Sales Manager
- Act as the key internal point of contact for French channel partners and distributors.
- Support the management of annual account budgets for channel accounts, including revenue targets, marketing spend, and contribution objectives.
- Coordinate effectively with the local sales team to maximize revenue and ensure consistent partner engagement.
- Support distribution partners with product and pricing information, promotions, and program materials.
- Work regionally across top distributor channels to deploy new product updates, technical resources, and marketing content.
- Translate and localize sales and marketing materials provided by European and Korean HQ on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate and manage local vendors for marketing and office services.
- Distribute localized marketing collateral to customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Support planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and seminarsincluding pre-event coordination, on-site presence, and post-event follow-up.
- Monitor marketing budgets and support efficient use of local marketing funds.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support the needs of the France office and regional strategy.
Education and Experience:
- Previous experience within a Channel Marketing position; or a similar role
- Degree Education would be desirable
- Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM system
- Previous experience working for a CCTV manufacturer would be beneficial.
- Degree Level Education would be advantageous
- PC Literate - Intermediate & Advanced Microsoft Office skills to include Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills both French and English
