Key Responsibilities - Payroll & HR AdministrationEnd-to-end management of the monthly payroll process incoordination with external providers Verification of payslips,bonuses, benefits, leave, sick days, severance (TFR), etc. Ensurefull compliance with Italian labor laws (incl. CCNL, INPS, INAILregulations) Draft and manage employment contracts, extensions, andterminations - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the fullrecruitment cycle for technical and corporate roles Screen CVs,conduct interviews, assess both hard and soft skills Coordinateonboarding and offboarding processes Build partnerships with jobboards, agencies, universities, and internal teams - General HRSupport Maintain HRIS and digital employee records Supporttraining, performance reviews, retention, and talent developmentinitiatives Liaise with global HR for alignment on policies andprocesses Your Profile - Degree in Law, Economics, HR Management,Organizational Psychology, or related field - 2+ years ofgeneralist HR experience - Deep knowledge of Italian laborregulations and HR administrative procedures - Experiencerecruiting technical profiles (preferably in energy, construction,or engineering)Your Profile - Italian: native or professionalfluency, English is plus - Familiarity with digital HR tools andpayroll systems - Hands-on attitude, strong interpersonal skills,and problem-solving mindset
