Within our Back-Office department, you will be part of the Institutional Settlement - Trades Settlement - Securities Lending Team:
Responsibilities
- Processing of transfer operations (all asset classes), global markets (RFP and DFP)
- Processing of trades (all asset classes), global markets (RVP and DVP)
- Migrations
- Processing of physical shares
- Processing/monitoring of Securities Lending activity
- Conduct reconciliation/investigation related to securities and/or cash
- Front-office support
- Daily contacts and monitoring with counterparts and custodians
- Daily usage of SWIFT messages MT54*/MT76*/MT599
- Usage of Telekurs, Bloomberg, GTMatch, GTExchange, T24, external portals and internal tools
Qualifications
- CFC in banking environment as a minimum
- 2-3 years of experience in settlement operations or a similar post-trade environment
- Very good knowledge of securities
- Fluent in French and in English; German would be a plus
- You have a strong command of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word) and demonstrate a keen interest in enhancing technical tools, optimizing processes, and driving internal projects forward.
- You are stress resistant and you have a good learning capacity
- Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- As a team player and with excellent communication skills, you want to join a dynamic team
