The selected professional will work closely with the Country Managers & C-Suite level executives to deploy the company''s talent strategy across our international offices and corporate divisions.

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with local employment requirements in all designated countries.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on talent management, including talent assessment, performance appraisal, feedback, career development, talent mobility, visas, and succession planning.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to identify, attract, and hire top talent organization-wide.
- Drive Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity initiatives to foster a culture of belonging and respect for all employees.
- Develop and implement engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and well-being.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to country leaders on all People and Culture-related matters.
Qualifications
- Experience in fast-paced, international organizations.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations across multiple countries.
- Proficiency in talent acquisition and management, including performance and career development.
- Ability to lead Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity initiatives for a respectful workplace.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
