To develop our consulting offer and support one of our clients, we are looking for a Business Analyst - Energy Trading .
Missions
- Take responsibility for the generation and validation of various reports, such as exposures and Profit/Loss calculations from trading activities.
- Consult and support front trading units in capturing complex deal structures.
- Identify sources of error and solve them proactively.
- Monitor portfolio structures and processes interacting with them.
- Analyse key indicators, test new products in the trading system, and support several cross-divisional processes.
- Execute ETRM or BI System tests when new releases appear or assist regarding migrations of deals or adjustments to trading systems.
- Participate in internal and external projects and/or related project management, overall being a reliable business partner in contact with different internal departments such as Front Office, Controlling, Risk Management, and Back Office.
Profile
- Bachelor''s degree in economics or sciences/engineering.
- Experience in the energy industry.
- Knowledge of the European power and gas market.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Knowledge of PowerBI, SQL, and/or Python is an advantage.
