Product Manager - CDMO Pharma We are looking for aProduct Manager to expand our team, a person with a strategicvision, oriented towards managing relationships with commercialcustomers and supervising internal activities. Responsibilities:The Product Manager will serve as the primary point of contact forour commercial clients, managing expectations and assuring that theproducts are delivered in time and as per requested quality. Themain responsibilities will include: - Client Interaction: Primarypoint of contact for commercial clients, maintaining continuouscommunication to ensure their needs are met and expectations aremanaged. - Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with internalteams (production, supply chain, quality) to ensure that actionsand plans are executed according to the established costs,timelines and procedures. - Participation in Calls and Meetings:Actively participate in client calls and internal meetings, takeminutes, define follow-up actions, and ensure their timelyexecution. - Risk Management and Problem Solving: Identify risks,escalate, and facilitate resolution of manufacturing, supply chain,or quality issues that may adversely affect performance goal -Strategic Visibility: Ensure a strategic overview of the productportfolio, managing priorities in alignment with the companyslong-term business objectives. Technical Requirements: The idealcandidate should possess the following qualifications: - StrongKnowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry and GMP: Previousexperience in the pharmaceutical sector (preferably CDMOs) with asolid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)regulations and their application. - Fluency in English:Proficiency in English is essential for interacting with bothinternational clients and cross-functional teams. - ProjectManagement Skills: planning and scheduling, which ensures efficientresource allocation and timely delivery; risk management, whichidentifies and mitigates potential challenges; and stakeholdercommunication, which fosters alignment and transparency among allparties involved. - Excellent Communication Skills: Ability tocommunicate clearly and effectively with all organizational levelsand external clients, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned. -Proficiency in IT Tools: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite,MS Project, strategic planning systems, and risk management tools.Soft and Hard Skills: - Problem-Solving: Strong ability to analyzeand resolve issues quickly, developing practical and creativesolutions. - Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate effectivelywith colleagues from various functions within the organization. -Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate internal teams, ensuringhigh quality and productivity standards are maintained. - ProjectManagement Certifications: PMI or equivalent certifications areconsidered a plus, as they demonstrate advanced project managementskills. - Results and Customer-Oriented: Focused on achievingtangible results while effectively managing customer expectationsand ensuring project success. - Ability to Work Under Pressure:Capable of managing priorities and deadlines effectively,maintaining multiple requests in stressful situations. EducationalBackground and Experience: - Academic Qualifications: A degree inscientific disciplines (such as Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering,Chemistry, Biology, etc.) or Management Engineering with a focus onproduction processes. - Experience: Prior experience (at least 2years) in a similar role or in project management within thepharmaceutical industry. This combination of technical expertiseand interpersonal skills is crucial for navigating the complex andregulated environment of the pharmaceutical sector, successfullymanaging projects, and driving continuous improvement in businessoperations. Qualification and/or experience: - Scientific degree(CTF areas, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, etc.) ormanagement engineering with a production focus. - Experience in asimilar role or project management, preferably in pharmaceuticalcontexts.
