About the Role As an Account Executive, youwill play a key role in expanding our clients business byidentifying new opportunities, converting leads into long-termcustomers, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely withvarious stakeholders, from operational teams to C-level executives,to present tailored solutions that add real value. KeyResponsibilities - New Business Development: Proactively identifyand engage potential customers within your target market or region,successfully converting both inbound and outbound leads. - SalesGrowth: Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities withinexisting accounts, maximizing revenue potential. - StrategicSelling: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers acrossdifferent levels, ensuring a compelling value proposition. - SalesPipeline Management: Efficiently manage the sales funnel, workingtowards and exceeding quarterly and long-term sales targets. - CRMExpertise: Utilize HubSpot effectively to track, analyze, andoptimize the sales process. - Collaborative Approach: Work closelywith teams across Customer Success, Product, Engineering, andMarketing to ensure smooth customer onboarding and continuedsatisfaction. Who You Are - Sales-Driven: You thrive on closingdeals and achieving targets. - Experienced in Sales: Priorexperience in B2B sales is required, preferably within SaaS. -Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot toenhance sales efficiency. - Strong Communicator: You canconfidently engage with clients and internal teams, adapting yourapproach as needed. - Autonomous & Flexible: You excel in adynamic environment with a high degree of ownership. - Fluent inDutch & English (French is a plus).
