Position SummaryAs the Regional Benefits & Global Mobility Manager for zone Europe, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Benefits and Global Mobility programs and processes across the zone. Your role involves balancing internal costs and efficiencies with external competitiveness to drive value for employees and the business. This includes ensuring compliance with external regulations and global policies in Benefits and Global Mobility.A Day in the Life of a Regional Benefits & Global Mobility Manager - Zone EuropeProvide strategic input and consultation to Regional CoC Market SPOCs for designing and implementing Benefits plans, based on Zone & Global Guidance, market priorities, and operational plans.Lead the benefits plan design and revision, collaborating with Market Reward Managers, Corporate teams, Procurement, and Finance, ensuring alignment with Nestl Total Rewards Policy and cost-effectiveness.Participate actively in the Benefits and Global Mobility network, owning global processes and initiatives, identifying areas for improvement, and leading market capability building and maturity assessments.Design and deliver benefits communication strategies and educational materials for market localization to promote understanding of benefits programs.Ensure full compliance with internal controls, guidelines, and external tax, social security, and labor laws.Lead Vendor Selection & Optimization in collaboration with Corporate, Markets, and Procurement to standardize and simplify benefits and global mobility management across the region.Oversee the deployment of Global Mobility initiatives and ensure adherence to global processes by Market Leads.Review current Global Mobility ways of working in collaboration with Market Leads to identify improvements and leverage best practices.What Will Make You SuccessfulUniversity Degree or equivalent education.Extensive experience in managing benefits processes with operational expertise.Over 5 years of successful managerial experience.Deep expertise in benefits areas such as pension, medical, or total well-being.Experience in driving optimization and integration projects with strong financial understanding.Ability to influence without authority and build professional relationships.Experience working in a matrix environment, achieving results through collaboration.Proven project management skills, including change management.Proactive, eager to learn, contribute, and grow.Excellent communication skills at C-Suite level.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in multifunctional teams.Fluency in English.At Nestl, we aim to create a diverse and supportive environment that fosters innovation, empowers teams, and makes a positive impact.
