Job Description:The Administrative & Procurement Coordinator will manage purchasing activities, ensure compliance with EDGE procedures, handle logistics and export documentation, maintain inventory, and coordinate administrative tasks within the company.Additionally, this role will support HR and accounting activities in collaboration with the Italian HR and accounting firm, as well as related functions within the EDGE P&S cluster, to support PowerTech''s operations in Italy.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Tasks: Manage office supplies, administrative records, correspondence, emails, phone calls, meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules. Support HR activities, including employee records and communication with external HR consultants. Assist with accounting tasks like invoicing and expense tracking. Maintain organized files for contracts and financial documents. Serve as a point of contact for administrative inquiries.Procurement & Supplier Management: Execute purchasing according to Powertech and EDGE procedures, ensure timely payments, qualify new suppliers, maintain relationships with existing suppliers, and manage CAPEX documentation.Logistics & Export Compliance: Prepare transportation documents, manage export documentation for shipments to the UAE, liaise with Italian customs, and coordinate with forwarders and carriers for timely deliveries.Inventory & Waste Management: Keep inventory records up-to-date and ensure proper disposal of special waste in accordance with regulations.Compliance & Safety: Follow safety procedures, coordinate with the Italian HSE consultant, and ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations.Qualifications & Experience:Diploma or Bachelor''s in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).At least 3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or administration.Experience with international trade and export documentation is a plus.Familiarity with Italian customs and freight forwarding.Skills & Competencies:Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written).Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.#J-18808-Ljbffr
