Your Field of Impact

  1. You will support our worldwide customers and sales partners in the B2B sector via telephone.
  2. You will ensure efficient management of customer orders, from receipt through delivery to invoicing.
  3. You will be the contact and processing point for incoming customer inquiries, coordinate with internal departments, and work on continuous process improvements.
  4. You will be responsible for documenting and creating manuals related to current projects and process optimizations.
  5. You will serve as a key user for the sales software.
  6. You will work closely with the respective sales teams (DACH & international).

What is Important to Us

  1. You hold a completed commercial apprenticeship with initial professional experience in a similar position.
  2. You possess an open, sales- and service-oriented personality, enjoying working in an international team.
  3. You are an organizational talent with high analytical skills and a pragmatic, solution- and goal-oriented work approach.
  4. You are a team-oriented person with empathy and strong social skills.
  5. You have good MS Office skills and experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
  6. You have fluent language skills in German, English, and French.
