What youll be doing
- Deliver weekly engaging lessons . Conduct in-person or hybrid classes in History using our cutting-edge methodology.
- Leverage small class sizes to create a supportive learning environment that caters to the individual needs of each student.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborative sessions to share best practices and contribute to the continuous evolution of our teaching approach.
- Offer regular, constructive feedback to both students and academic coordinators, ensuring educational goals are met and exceeded.
What were looking for
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in History, or a related field.
- We are seeking candidates with a minimum of one year of experience teaching IGCSE, A-Level curricula. However, we also welcome applications from individuals who may not have formal teaching experience but demonstrate a strong passion and commitment to begin a career in tutoring.
- Language proficiency: Native-level or advanced (C2) proficiency in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for education and the ability to connect effortlessly with teenagers.
- A self-motivated and organised professional eager to thrive in a fast-paced, international, and tech-enabled environment.
What we offer
- Attractive rates : Earn between 20 and 50 per hour , with clear compensation adjustments based on class type and size.
- Performance and Seniority bonuses : Eligible for bonus pay when your students achieve or surpass their target grades, rewarding your direct impact on student success. Additional bonus scheme based on long term commitment.
- We offer one-on-one morning classes for private candidates from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Based on your availability within that time frame, we will schedule the lesson at a time that is most convenient for you..
